Certain nutrient deficiency tests, like vitamin D, vitamin B12, magnesium, and calcium are commonly used in mainstream medicine settings and clients can request them from their GP. If a client would like a deeper understanding of potential nutritional deficiencies, you can order this test and our coaches will support you by recommending the appropriate food strategy and supplementation based on your results.
Test results can be complicated to understand, therefore we highly recommend you add our professional support to your results. We have two options to assist you:
- We offer an email analysis of your results. This service helps translates the test results into plain English but does not provide recommendations on diet, lifestyle, hormone, supplements
- If you would like the test analysis and a dedicated, personalised practitioner call, we offer a results analysis appointment with a senior practitioner. This 45 minute video appointment will provide you with a bespoke plan to improve your health and wellness based on your test results and includes recommendations on:
- Diet / food strategy with menus
- Nutritional supplementation
- Lifestyle changes
- Hormonal options such as HRT, low dose bioidentical hormones, etc.
