Dr Linsky

MBChB MRCGP DFFP CertLM PGCert BMS Accredited Private GP & Menopause Specialist

With more than 15 years of experience as an NHS GP, Dr Linsky has dedicated her career to supporting patients through some of the most challenging and transformative stages of life. While her foundation is in women’s health and menopause care, she also works extensively with both men and women experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, and the wider impact of modern lifestyle pressures.

Over the past five years, Dr Linsky has developed a specialist focus in menopause care, alongside gaining a Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. This combined expertise allows her to take a truly holistic approach to health, integrating evidence-based medical treatment with practical lifestyle strategies to support long-term physical and emotional wellbeing.

Her approach is centred on compassion, education, and empowerment. She believes that helping patients understand their symptoms and treatment options is key to restoring confidence, balance, and control over their health.

For many women, the right hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be life changing — improving energy, sleep, mood, focus, and overall quality of life. Where appropriate, treatment may also include testosterone therapy to support libido, concentration, and vitality. Dr Linsky also provides targeted treatments for vaginal and urinary symptoms, helping women regain comfort and confidence.

Alongside her menopause practice, Dr Linsky supports individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, and professional burnout. These concerns often develop gradually but can have a profound impact on both mental and physical wellbeing. Using a combination of lifestyle medicine principles, evidence-based therapies, and personalised mental health support, she helps patients build resilience, restore balance, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Dr Linsky’s mission is to provide tailored, compassionate care during what can often feel like overwhelming periods of life — guiding patients with expertise, empathy, and practical support every step of the way.
