We offer Food sensitivity Testing performed by an experienced Kinesiologist using a hair sample.

We test the following foods as they are common sensitisers that are considered ‘health foods’ that can appear frequently in people’s diets but can cause a lot of inflammation. By removing specific sensitisers other intolerances can be reduced.

 

Grains: Wheat, rye, spelt, oats & gluten free oats

Dairy: Cows milk, goats milk

Eggs: white and yolks

Nightshade family: potato, pepper, tomato

Nuts: Sesame
