DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ – This test analyses the full picture of progesterone and oestrogen patterns throughout the menstrual cycle.
The DUTCH Cycle Mapping Test is beneficial for women with menstrual cycle issues, fertility concerns, or issues related to polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) plus mid-cycle spotting and hormonal migraines. This test collects nine targeted oestrogen and progesterone measurements from urine throughout the month to plot out the follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases in the menstrual cycle.
Included in this package is the DUTCH Complete which is is the standard test we recommend and gives a comprehensive assessment of
- sex hormone metabolites (progesterone, oestrogens, and androgens)
- adrenal hormone metabolites (cortisol, cortisone, creatinine, and DHEA-S),
- organic acids, 8-OHdG, and melatonin metabolites.
- neuro-markers and gut-health indicators.
If you want to analyse adrenal health and cortisol function, please request a DUTCH Plus instead of a DUTCH Complete (extra cost £60).
Analysis is not included and is charged at an extra £60 for an email analysis and £200 for a first session with a practitioner.
