Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clinic Appointments

  • If you have booked an appointment with us, our clinic administrator will be in touch within 5 working days to book your appointment.

Running late

  • If you are running late for your appointment, we will do all we can to help and may be able to complete part of your session, although this is at the discretion of your practitioner.

First appointments

  • If you have booked and paid for your appointment but have not completed our pre appointment questionnaire and you wish to cancel your appointment, you will receive a refund. Bank and admin charges will be deducted from your refund (typically 10%).
  • If you have booked and paid for your appointment and completed our pre appointment questionnaire, you will have received important information that has value. Therefore, if you wish to cancel after receiving this information and you are giving us more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a 60% refund. This includes our bank and admin charges.
  • If you have booked and paid for your appointment and inputted your email address into our pre appointment questionnaire and you wish to cancel after receiving this information and you are giving us less than 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Clients are only eligible for a refund within 6 months of purchase.

Follow up appointments

  • If you give us more than 48 hours notice, we will happily rearrange your appointment without charge.
  • If appointments are not attended, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to rebook that time for another client and therefore we will invoice you for the full value of the missed appointment.
  • On your first appointment, you will be asked to sign a consent form that agrees to our 48 hour cancellation policy.

Online Programmes

  • All our online programmes are non refundable and non exchangeable once purchased.

Retreats

  • When you make a booking and pay a deposit, a place will be reserved for you on the course. You may pay the balance of the retreat over the terms agreed, however, you are liable for the payment of the retreat in full, regardless of whether you complete the retreat or not.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least eight weeks before the start of the course. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
