Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you have booked and paid for your appointment but have not completed our pre appointment questionnaire and you wish to cancel your appointment, you will receive a refund. Bank and admin charges will be deducted from your refund (typically 10%).

If you have booked and paid for your appointment and completed our pre appointment questionnaire, you will have received important information that has value. Therefore, if you wish to cancel after receiving this information and you are giving us more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a 60% refund. This includes our bank and admin charges.

If you have booked and paid for your appointment and inputted your email address into our pre appointment questionnaire and you wish to cancel after receiving this information and you are giving us less than 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have purchased our 6 session package and give us less than 48 hours noticed to change or cancel your appointment, that appointment will be forfeited and taken from your package.

​Clients are only eligible for a refund within 6 months of purchase.

Online Programmes

All our online programmes are non refundable and non exchangeable once purchased.

Retreats

When you make a booking and pay a deposit, a place will be reserved for you on the course. You may pay the balance of the retreat over the terms agreed, however, you are liable for the payment of the retreat in full, regardless of whether you complete the retreat or not.

Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least eight weeks before the start of the course. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
